Hello!
I have been professionally teaching martial arts to children and adults for thirty years. Teaching and practicing all styles of martial arts has been my passion since I was a young boy.
In all my years teaching martial arts to children and adults, I have worked with all ages and ability levels of students, including extensive experience with children and adults on the Austism Spectrum, children with ADHD/ADD, and children and adults with physical challenges of many types. In my experience, martial arts is one of the very best activities for improving fitness and strength in adults and children, and a great tool to build confidence, focus, personal responsibility, leadership, and so much more!
