Quantum Martial Arts provides thorough instruction in the most effective and practical self defense for seniors living and working in Palm Beach County. Located on US Highway 1, across from Boca Bargoons, and between Earl Stewart Toyota and the Country Kitchen, Quantum Martial Arts has both group classes for senior self defense, and private instruction in senior self defense.
Part of senior self defense is fitness training to improve quality of life and wellness for seniors in the area of flexibility, mobility, strength, and endurance. In addition to learning the principles and techniques involved in effective senior self defense, Palm Beach area students will learn how to improve mental acuity and brain flexibility to improve mental health and wellness in relation to healthy ageing.
